About Aly & Andrea
Meet identical twins, Aly Calvo and Andrea Kulberg. Andrea is legally blind. Aly is fully sighted. They both spend their lives empowering visionary leadership and joyful abundance for success in personal and professional lives.
Aly and Andrea were born nearly 3 months premature. Weighing just over 2 pounds each, the doctors said they’d never make it through the night. Although complications of an over-exposure to oxygen led to Andrea’s severe visual impairment, both Aly and Andrea and have used the perspective of what “could have been” to live a life of purpose, inspiration, and gratitude through incredible trials and adversity. They were both elite level collegiate athletes and moved into their 20’s and 30’s with respective careers that focused on leadership, empowering others, and inspiring action towards success. They later joined forces to build a platform together where they could truly inspire and empower people to live a more abundant, successful, and joyful life. They have trained athletes, coaches, parents, veterans, church groups, and corporate clients across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Their live competitive events for the cheerleading and dance community in the UK bring over 40,000 people together annually at major concert venues, where they are best known for their work in “Building Leaders for Life™.”
Simply known as “Aly and Andrea,” these dynamo success coaches and keynote speakers have mentored people around the world to live more joyful, abundant, successful lives. They don’t just speak from the science of human motivation and high performance, they also speak from experience. Together and individually, Aly and Andrea have overcome incredible life-challenges including blindness, poverty, divorce, and cancer to become an award winning international business owner, TV actress and spokesperson, authors, speakers, World Champion and All-American athletes, Olympic torch bearer, and cancer survivor. They have trained and mentored thousands of people from world class athletes and aspiring entrepreneurs to military veterans, business leaders, and parents. Aly and Andrea both live in Texas, y’all! Andrea has a daughter who attends The University of Georgia, and her son is a senior in high school. She has an awesome cat named Leo, which stands for Love Each Other. Aly is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two children. Their daughter is attending The University of Texas at Austin, and their son is a sophomore in high school. They have two dogs, a mini-labradoodle named Shipley (11), and a Champion Hungarian Vizsla named Poco (1)…both dogs are supremely spoiled.
